Description
THX 1500 Welding Fire Blanket fabric is heat treated. After treatment with a specially developed finish, the fabric will then outperform asbestos (without the environmental hazards) and is a low-cost alternative to silica and ceramic fabrics in many high-temperature applications, especially where its superior tensile strength and abrasion resistance can be exploited
Features
- This fabric is suitable for Heavy Duty protection from molten meta splash/spatter whilst carrying welding/metal cutting operations.
- Suitable for use as fire Cavity barriers and has been used for many years by leading petrochemical companies.
