Mobiak MBK17-090PA-VR 9Kg Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher is a stored pressure, multi-purpose dry powder fire extinguisher with pressure gauge. Single piece, deep drawn aluminium alloy body, externally painted with polyester resin, signal red to RAL 3000. Wide operating temperature range 30°C + 60°C, ensures suitability for use in low-temperature countries. Squeeze grip operated with acetalyc resin body. All external valve parts are either in plastic material or protected against corrosion. The propellant gas is nitrogen. A small percentage of helium is added, to facilitate electronic leak detection. ABC multipurpose dry powder Suitable for all fires (except metal fires). All parts in contact with the extinguishing agent are compatible with the same. Plastic bracket specially designed for vehicle and marine use. Certified to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC, to the Marine Equipment Directive MED 96/98/EC and EN3-7. 100% of the fire extinguishers are checked by an electronic helium leak detection system.
