Features

When inspecting the interior of the cylinder, we are looking primarily for any pitting that could compromise the cylinder.
A hydrostatic test always includes both an internal and an external visual examination of the cylinder
After conducting the Hydrostatic Test all the details will be placed on a label to the extinguisher.
In accordance with NFPA 10, we use water for all hydrostatic testing of ABC fire extinguishers.
Once the Tamper Seal and Hose are installed, your fire extinguisher is once again ready for use.
If pitting is found, the extinguisher cannot be tested but instead removed from service.
Fire extinguishers that fail their hydrostatic testings cannot be repaired.
